You don't have to pay the airlines Excess Baggage Rates !
Airlines are getting stricter with luggage allowance's and with many carriers charging anywhere between
£12 to £45 PER KILO ! for excess baggage, it may not be an option to pay them.
At GXS we offer a far more reasonable option, from the most cost effective way by which you drop the goods to our Airport office and we send them to your destination airport (generally 3 - 7days), or we can collect from your door and send them to your forward address (restrictions apply, usually 3 - 7 days), you can be assured of a professional, courteous and cost effective service.
We provide you with all your booking details so you know when the goods will be arriving so you can collect them at your destination airport or Track your goods over the Net that are coming to your door.
We don't provide an on-line price quotation service as we believe a conversation with a real person is the only way we can ensure you are getting the most effective service, and you are fully aware and comfortable with our service and procedures.

Aircraft and Cargo Aircraft Charter
When Cargo needs moving urgently or an emergency we are able to react, through our partners we can provide the most suitable and cost effective last minute aircraft charter, from a Cessna to an Antinov, providing all technical support and detailed information for your specific flights movements.
General Restrictions for Carriage
Please note, we will NOT accept any goods prohibited under International Airline Travel Association (IATA) for transport by air within personal belongings / luggage for transport on a commercial aircraft / vessel.
Examples of restricted articles (through not limited exclusively to) are as follows :
If you are unsure about any goods you are intending to send, please call us ! Certain restricted items can be shipped separately on other freight services but these MUST abide by IATA regulations.
Should any prohibited items be discovered in your shipment a charge of £75 will be levied and the goods will be removed and disposed of before the shipment is dispatched.
Insurance
All goods are carried are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
This gives limited liability and whilst losses and damages are extremely rare, we do recommend that extra insurance is arranged for valuable items. Please contact us if you require any further information regarding this matter.
