Airport to Airport - Door to Airport - Door to Door
- Airport to Airport (most cost effective)
The customer brings the goods to our airport office and we send them to the destination airport from where the customer collects the shipment from our agents, these shipments take on average 5 - 7 days dependant of distance (Europe 4-5 days - Australia/NZ 6-7 days).
- Door to Airport
We collect the shipment from an agreed local address and send them as per the Airport to Airport service.
- Door to Door
We collect the shipment from an agreed local address and send them to the customers address at destination. (*Restrictions apply, see below)

GXS Aviation are delighted to announce that we will shortly be offering a National "Overnight" delivery service covering all parts of the UK.
We are hoping to start this service by November 1st 2011.
Enquiry/Feedback Form
- Please complete all the mandatory fields in the form below, we will then contact you as soon as possible with a quotation, if the quotation is acceptable we will then contact either yourselves or the customer to make the necessary arrangements.
- When the booking is made and the items dispatched, we send both the customer and yourselves a copy of the booking information to enable the customer to know when the item is due to arrive and, if necessary, who to contact when it does.
- With our "to Airport" services, the customer is required to contact our destination agents on the day the shipment is due to arrive to arrange collection, the customer is then required to pay any duty that may be levied by the local Customs. GXS Aviation cannot be held responsible for any local charges that may be levied.
Packaging
- To keep the cost as low as possible we don't provide packing materials but as long as the shipment is securely packed in either a hard or soft sided suitcase, hold-all or sturdy box it will be fine, we suggest it should be packaged to the same level as it would be if presented at the airport check-in.
- The package should be secured, this can be by tape, seals or locks.
- Any damage identified when the item is presented will noted and counter signed by the customer.
- The packaging, in what ever form, is there to protect the contents, in the unlikely event of the packaging being damaged we cannot be held responsible, any items identified as over-packed may not be accepted.
- While we do not have a restriction on the maximum weight for a single item, if an individual piece is over 35kg's please make a note when making the enquiry.
- Any "Over-sized" items (Surfboards, Windsurfers, Bikes) should be noted on the enquiry form.
Prohibited Items
Please note, we cannot accept any Flammable items such as, but not restricted to, Perfumes, After Shaves, Alcohol's or Paints or Pressurized Items such as, but not restricted to, Aerosol Deodorants, Hairsprays or Camping Gas or Printer cartridges weighing more than 500g.
